Long Bean Salad

Lao Style

Ingredients:
1-4 Thai chilies
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon shrimp paste
1/2 cup sliced cherry or grape tomatoes
1 teaspoon fish sauce
1 teaspoon MSG (optional)
1/6 to 1/4 lime juice only (lime peel will make it bitter)
3 cups 1 inch long bean

Crush long bean with pinch of salt. Add the rest of the ingredients. Using the pestle to crush and mix all the ingredients in the mortar.

Serve with grilled meat and sticky rice.
