Larb Beef

Ingredient:
1/2 pound prime beef
2 chopped garlic cloves
6 fresh chopped coriander leaves
2 teaspoons of fish sauce
2 teaspoon of lime juice
7 small sliced shallots
4 chopped red or green chillies
1 sliced lemon grass
1/2 cup fresh mint sprigs
Black pepper

Broil beef until medium rare and cut into small thin slices. Pound in mortar and pestle together the garlic, coriander, pepper, sauce, lime juice, and salt until smooth. Add mixture to cooked beef and stir. Serve on plate, then sprinkle the chillies on top and garnish with the coriander leaves.

Enjoy with slices of cabbage or cucumbers.
