Ingredients:
3 c. sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/3 stick margarine
1/2 c. sweet milk (whole milk)
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Mix all ingredients together and pour into greased baking dish. Cover with topping.
Topping:
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. chopped nuts
1/3 c. flour
1/3 stick melted margarine
Mix thoroughly and sprinkle over souffle. Bake for about 35 minutes at 350.
