Dipping Sauce for Green Mangos Lao Style per Thoubie

Ingredients:
4 tablespoons sugar
8 tablespoons fish sauce (usually enough to cover dry ingredients)
1 tablespoon dried chili flakes
1-5 sliced Thai peppers
2 tablespoons ground toasted sticky rice
1 - 2 chopped scallion or onion (optional)
1/4 teaspoon shrimp paste
1/4 teaspoon MSG (optional)

In a small bowl dissolve sugar into fish sauce. Add chili flakes and mix. Add ground toasted sticky rice and mix.

Great with Green Mangoes, Grapefruits, Sour Apples
